First, I downloaded the owl ornament template and printed a copy. I actually printed 2 copies of the template, one to cut up and one to save in my project binder.
I cut out the template and pinned each piece on the corresponding felt that I picked out for this ornament.
After cutting out the pieces, I pinned them together according to the picture. I halved my thread twice to make it thicker before sewing. I sewed all the little pieces on one of the owl felts. After assembling the front of the owl, I sewed the owl front and back together and stuffed with fiberfill.
I used buttons on the eyes and a strip of felt for a hanger. Super quick!
